Gulch was a dark ambient improvisation trio based in Phoenix, Arizona from 2015-2016.
GULCH manipulated guitar feedback, choreographing drum machines, digital delays, and sequencers, and re-processing and re-synthesizing through laptop patches.

Part I begins with pleasant beds of distorted strings ceding ground to industrial kinetics, ominous shimmering and feedback shards reaching an apex before a cooled drone denouement. Part II is a paranoia drift, cascading organs and dire strings behind synthesized spoken word from a text describing the machinic.
